We do not use your listing photos, property information, or delivered videos for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is soft-deleted immediately and permanently purged within 30 days. Uploaded media files (photos, footage) are deleted along with your account.
Payment records are retained for 7 years as required for financial compliance, but are anonymized after account deletion.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage (bcrypt), parameterized database queries, and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We never store your full credit card number. All payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
